12 modern stables are on site with easy access.

The enclosed stables are a great size and  have adjoining day yards.

Wash Bay

We provide a large accessable wash bay conveniently located at the main entrance of the stables

Sand Roll

Our sand roll is totally fenced and covered to maximise all weather use.



Spacious paddocks

At Rowan Agist we ensure that your horse will have its own individual paddock complete with auto water troughs and individual day yard stables. 

All paddocks are regularly maintained as a part of our services provided for your agistment.

All of our paddocks have electric fences for your horses protection.  

On-Site Lockers

For your convenience we have TAC lockers are available for hire upon request 

Dressage Arena

We have 24 hour 7 day a week CCTV cameras that you can log into to view your horse.

KEY CARD FACILITY
Please note you are required to pay a $10 deposit on a security key card for entry to the property. This is fully refundable at the closure of your agistment with us and return of the key card. This key is NOT to be given to any other unauthorised person.

Exceptions
o No personal feed kept on site
o No access to off limits areas on the property (e.g. house, granny flat, owner work sheds & property, other Agistor’s
paddocks/stables etc...)
o No riding onsite after dark

Conditions & Protocols
o Two weeks deposit is payable in advance
o Two weeks’ notice is required when ending agistment
o Prior to entering Rowan Agist ALL PERSONS MUST have completed and returned their Accident Waiver and Owner
Rules forms.
